Yes i received eligibility letter march 18th

Also in the eligibility letter mentioned dependent file was transferred to Ankara but no action from them yet

I got it through the email my GCKey account has never been updated since I linked

I called last wednesday and officer said I passed background check but im in security screening. Biometrisc done, no need more documents.
I think next is elegibility but no idea how long it will be. My family is in my country of origin.

Hi ,
If you have a representative on your file , you cannot linked it and only representative can linked .
second for my case I used application No & applicant name - Passport Info - no of applicant 1

i did it on my own and no representative was involved
We are family of 3 including my son

And try with your passport number Instead of city where You born. Because if it's not a Main city, probably is not in the system.

If You have refugee travel document, use that number because they already put into the system.
