I will waot for 5 days, if no update then i will submit webform. Meanwhile, i will call IRCC to check update on the file.
I am not sure why it takes so long for Clerk to release the e- certificate? I mean even clerk initial is not provided in the email subject line then they can still search the email by last name or file number and get the signed oath form, assuming all the email goes to one general inbox for all the clerks to collect the oath form.

I tried to download the certificate, but this time I got a message saying that the maximum number of attempts has been reached and that I need to try again in 24 hours. Has anyone experienced something similar?
I called IRCC yesterday and they did confirm that they see the signed oath form uploaded to the application yesterday, but the application was still in process.
I am not sure the oath form was uploaded buy oath officer/ clerk. Because, i sent 5 emails with attached form (1 email from different email address) and then i submitted webform yesterday.
I don't know if the form got uploaded through the web form or actully it was uploaded by oath officer.
I sent these many emails because i was confused about the subject line of the email and not sure if it was too inportant to put initial of the clerk. The oath invitation had different instructions for email subject line than the actual instructions provided during the oath ceremony.
