Has anyone received their pr cards recently? Could you please share your timeline.

I got portal 1 on 12 march
I heard it takes 3 weeks

I have a question please, waiting for my eCOPR. Photo submitted Mar 8 on PR portal . Montreal VO. When can my dependent who is outbound send her passport to visa processing Centre . Is it after I received my eCOPR or she can sent it now since we have the passport request
