Not yet, one of my friend also applied on fev 2023 and still waiting for pre-arrival and eligibility ..
it’s seems the processing time is longer for applicants in Quebec

You are right it is 6 to 7 months longer than normal processing times

I was wondering, how do you guys check the exact status of your application?

I am trying to use the online check status tool but I always get an error message saying "This service is not available now"

I tried also to create an online account and link my application but it looks like I can't do it with the G number I received.

3 ways to check the status :
online Checking ( that this way does not work for me )
link application to GCkey ( the way linked is explain in this forum)
call IRCC and ask agent to tell you the status

Do you have a link for the guide on how to link your application to GCkey? I tried to do it but there was not an option to link a refugee application, so I didn't know how to use my G number there.

for myself I use Application No. - Applicant name and passport Info and in section of no of applicant , I mentioned 1 instead of 2
you only 5 time try to link it in 24 hours
