Hi, I am currently on work permit and applied for express entry under FSW. I am in canada and my address says the same when checked on the new tracker. I received PPR today asking to submit passport or inform If i am in canada using a webform. I am a little confused here as i was expecting portal 1/golden email but instead received request form/PPR. Has anyone else had the same experience? Any suggestions on what i should do other than raising webform. Also if anyone knows how much time it will take to process this?

Called IRCC today , had tech issues at first but tried again , got a really nice agent that put in a request for me and I got portal 1 request in 2hrs. Have sent email and waiting for further instructions.

- 25/01/2024: Pass R10
- 26/01/2024: ADR for my brothe’s address
- 30/01/2024: Pass Med
- 31/01/2024: Pass Bio
- 23/02/2024: Final decision (eligibility and BGC are still progressing)
- 01/03/2024: PPR
