We are got convention refugees status at Oct 2022, and we apply PR at May 2023.
We are still waiting IRCC reply and we are both SIN number and work permit expired....

What can I do? Do I need renew my work permit or apply a extension for work permit?

Get your work permit asap.
And renew your SIN

You need to renew ur work permit as quicker as you can...
You need ur work permit to be legal for ur work. If you got 2 years (of w.p) it might be the last one. Do not forget to pay the fee along !
