GCMS notes, which stands for Global Case Management System notes, are essentially an information file that you can request from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) under the Access to Information Act (ATI) or the Privacy Act.

Can i apply for these notes right now? I just gave my biometrics

Aor on Jan 10th 2024.. fingerprint requested and additional doca
Fingerprint done next day..
Add docs sent
Character certificate sent also..

Thanks. No they haven't asked for anything yet, I just got an email today from them saying I'm eligible to apply for PR and need to send additional docs but they haven't mentioned what documents are needed. So confusing, will call them to see what's going on.

I have a question that how does a dependent who is out of Canada know which one is his PR processing center?
Secondly how much time difference between Pre Arrival and Eligibility.
My wife got Pre Arrival on 9 Fab 2024 but still waiting Eligibility.

Hi all. My mom and dad applied for their pr in Feb 2023, my dad as a primary applicant. Yesterday, my dad received the eligibility approval letter. It didn’t mention my mom’s name in the letter. Is it normal?
