I didn't get exactly answer my question.

My wife is protected person in Canada and she got Pre Arrival two days ago and I'm outside of Canada.
Both of us have submitted the application together now I have a question at which stage the process will start on my PR application and when IRCC require my biometric and medical request?

TBH, no one can tell you exactly when you should be receiving those requests.

The only thing is as the primary applicant’s application is moving forward, that shows they’re working on your account. The only thing you can do right now is to wait.

I'm single with no dependants and I think it's the same processing time for others who have dependants
