Pandit ji today 15 Feb means today itself, and I hope u will get PPR mail soon within a day or two or it can take week also.
And the date is showing in final decision means that ur file is aaproved, jst wait for PPR mail. IRCC will update profile as per their VISA Officer availability. If Visa Officer is not available then it can take time, so only option is just wait for the mail confirmation. You are almost at completion stage for sure.

U will get an update on provided mail id and GC key will update after passport stamping. Jst keep tracking ur Tracker. Hopefully there u can find update before GC key.

I suggest you update your email ID to one that you have access to using the web form. I think there are updates sometimes that comes to e-mail that doesn't come into GCKey. It's very important that you can access the email ID provided to IRCC.

Jan 10 - Completed biometrics/Gckey updated same day together with Medical
