@jkbel2013 , nice analysis. I kind of agreeing to your assessment. Not sure though the rationale for defining complexity.
I submitted PR Card Renewal for my wife and kid and below is the timelines:

Feb 2: Submitted - status in inspect - Ready for review"
Feb 8: as per inspect - "Completed"
Awaiting to receive the PR cards.

Received card for my wife as well. waiting for kid's card.
Feb 2: Submitted - status in inspect - Ready for review"
Feb 8: as per inspect - "Completed"
Feb 12: Received Card for my wife. Awaiting card for my kid. Same day submission

Note: Online application and Not Urgent

Just got off the call with the customer support. Got the application number and the application is still being processed even though it was as completed in the inspect method. It's been 60 days since the start of application but it's still processing.

this is strange. Mostly as per my observations the application is in completed state only if it’s completed or there is any further clarification. @choo2024 do you see anything under rejection?
Either ways very hard to conclude the process followed.

Nope nothing in rejection reasons too. Maybe it's just the process.

Congrats. That was quick! I have similar timeline as yours, but haven't received anything yet.
Submitted - Jan 25
Completed (in inspect) - Feb 6th, was able to connect the application to IRCC website on the same day.
Waiting for the PR card or any IRCC update

When you called them, did they give you any specifics like where is it at? I tried to call, but couldn't get through. Also do you recall when did you see "competed" in inspect method?

I followed the Chrome inspect and the status shows Completed for the application(The same for mine and kid and we have received the card). Does it mean that it has started being processed? However, I am still unable to find the application when I try to link it to my IRCC account (it still points to the 5 year old application).

Finally got the card today. It took a little over 60 days to get it. However, could never link it to IRCC account.

So I received notification that my application was received in December because I submitted a web form, yet today I received another email confirming my application was received today? Did anyone else receive this? It just said confirming receipt, wonder if this means they are working on it?

Finally got the card today. It took a little over 60 days to get it. However, could never link it to IRCC account.

That’s hopeful. We have an application number and still cannot link it to the IRCC website and also in the same time frame as you mentioned. Thanks for sharing

Did you get your card? Ours seems to have been submitted the same day.
