If we had a JR in federal court and no decision made yet. However we had received a deportation order, do we still need to go to the stay motion, or the CBSA could accept the deferral based on the JR only

Hi, I actually cant tell you what to expect, as every cbsa officers are different…my advice is always comply with Cbsa officers..I have been going for signing since 2022,my remover date is next week, I just put in an application for deferral, I have not gotten a decision yet, I’m hoping for the best… my H&C application is still in progress 16 months..and it’s also best interest of a child and establishment, I have a son who has medical issues too.. I also have a Canadian born and an American born.
