I got 2 emails, 1 from the PR portal which automatically sends emails when there's an update (do not reply address). The subject was PR Portal (PR Confirmation) - eCoPR available.
The other one was from the same address that sent us the 1st portal email, subject as Congratulations! You are now a Permanent Resident of Canada.

Nice experience. Again congrats my friend.

when should i renew my work permit because it is expiry in june and still now i just eligibility letter back in nov-2023. And how i can apply for new work permit. any links would be appreciated.

I would apply for renewal of the work permit in Feb/Mar (or even before it wont hurt) and hopefully you get your PR before that and dont need it.

It is just me on this application, as my overseas common-law partner's PR application is with the visa office in Delhi.

Yes thats GCMS. Did you pay 5$ ? It takes couple weeks to get answer.

If you received email 3 days ago, give it time until next week Wednesday. they have to send you credentials. With Current Weather across Canada, I could guess officer in charge of your file couldnt make to work....

I hope somebody will be able to help me. I received my credentials on Jan.17.2024 and submitted the photo and address on same day. My husband is residing in Australia . How long will IRCC takes to send him a PPR.

Thanks everyone, my timeline is in my signature. The only thing missing is that I requested GCMS notes in Dec 2023 before the 1st portal email (by 1 week maybe).

I created my PR portal details last year by mistake to be honest, when I had no update about my PR application.

I personally would not recommend creating your own PR Portal account, as ppl who got their PR and IRCC agents have told me that the agent/IRCC will send the details. Of course, you should do as you see fit and the decision is yours if you want to.

I hope things keep moving for everyone!
