Good morning. No update with my application. I still stuck to BG in progress. When I call them they told me that may be or not I will be asked to give my fingerprints. The person that got my call is not not sure and will ask for more details about if I need to give them or not. If i don't receive an update in the few net days, I wil call them again. I have no choice since no one knows how they process. My wife got her citizenchip in 3 months and 15 days. We made seperate applications to avoid delays. Our two applications are similar. There is no difference between both applications that can justify the difference of processing time between her and me.
Hi, I applied for my citizenship on 9 sept 2023. I haven't received my AOR. I did my citizenship test online on 26 Nov 2023 and passed but didn't received official report. I did give my fingerprint on 23rd December 2023. I called the IRCC to see the status, the agent mentioned i need to give my test again as it is invalidated, not sure why. There is no further email or any communication to give test again. when i log in into my account, it just say file submitted. what should i do here.

I just created account in it and see everything is under process. there is no update to application history post Nov 5 2023. it also shows under " your next steps" waiting on finger prints which I had submitted in December 2023. 1.)Should i raise a web form to tell them i have submitted my finger print. 2.) it doesn't show anywhere that i have to give test again.

You can submit webform along with DCN which was given when you submitted FP . If your test is completed on tracker then it’s accepted. If it’s still in progress then agent must be right.
