And then no updates...

Hi where did you track this info ? I used https://ociservices.gov.in/statusEnqury and shows no records found . Mine is processing at consulate since DEC-11-23

Any update about Vancouver OCI processing timeline ?

I applied at BLS on 31 October, Acknowledged 10 Nov.

Status is still under process and I have my flight on 18th January.

Do we know which application dates are currently receiving OCIs from Vancouver ?

BLS service agent said that forward the email to us saying that OCI card has been handed over to BLS and call back after 1 hr.

I visited the BLS Brampton Center on January 9, 2024, Unfortunately, my OCI card has not been received by the BLS Brampton center. According to her, they have only received OCI cards for applicants who submitted their applications on October 28, 2023. Regrettably, OCI cards for those who applied on October 29 and 30 have not been received.

Then it means its not acknowledged yet. You can track the data from the below document. It should help to track the processing time.

Hi,
So I have 3 applications for Oct.28 and Acknowledged Nov.8 & Nov.9 for them. Still under processing. I was told it should be this week or next week. I’m assuming with the snow storm coming and still not processed that it won’t get here until end of next week earliest.
I would get an E-visa if I were you. Our flight isn’t until Feb.06 so we can wait.

Are you really having 3 dates beside each of printing, Dispatched, document recieved at Toronto?
Or are you reading the date from first line as date for other lines?
Saying because I have same date for document printing status but next two lines have no date..

I am planning to visit the BLS Brampton office today. The pickup time is scheduled for after 2:00 pm. I will inform you about what they say. If they do not allow me to enter, I will book a random appointment to gain entry and speak with them.

My wife and I are in India on an E-Visa. We have got our surrender certificate from India. Now we need to apply for OCI. Can someone send a postal application on our behalf from Canada, assuming we send all the docs including self-attested documents. Has anyone done this? Do you see any challenges?

Date is only on the first line, just like yours. I assume the date applies to dispatched and received in Toronto lines as well. All three last lines have ON written next to them as well.

Only challenge is if your application is returned the person sending won't have the authority to receive the returned package.

If you not in a hurry do it once your are back.
