I am Oct 15th AOR, received Biometrics fees related email on 8th Dec. I have paid on the same day but no update till date, neither UCI nor medical.

No, when they start. They can also stop mid way (e.g. paused at info sharing), in those cases it could take longer. Since there's no fixed timeline for this, best if you assume 6 months of processing time, but keep an eye on the tracker to know better. Former manages your expectations.
