Oh! This is a helpful information. Shooting an email to the Office of the PM.
Btw, How did you know that they forwarded it to IRCC? Did the Office of the PM send you an email in response? How soon did they reply?

The office of Prime Minister sent me a response and forwarded my mail to IRCC keeping me in CC. Then i received a mail from IRCC that your process is near finalization.

The link for the prime minister office is the portal only. Just click on it and write your matter. They responded me in 2 days

Yes i mailed to the prime minister on November 22. Then they forwarded my mail to the IRCC for answer. Last week i received a mail from IRCC that your case is near finalization and today i got it.

How is that even possible ? One cannot have a PR card without being confirmed as PR

Not sure; saw where someone didn't receive or went to junk mail and their PR card was in the mail. Just thought I would ask as didn't seem likely. Thanks!

My timeline is similar to yours, I already contacted the MP, but gave the PM a try today, I can't stand the waiting anymore, how can the least complex step take so long...
