I really need your help in my case here is details
I get negative results in my refugee claim ( work permit was already applied)
I appeal it also rejected
I not make JR
Then I get removal order ,I go for cbsa interview but my kids passports was expired so removal order not applies & no option for PRRA as officer told me ,
at that time they applied passports,
Then I made H & C
Now my work permit is rejected due to removal orders are in effect
Please help me how I can get work permit

Ours took 7 days to show on Ecase that it was received.

Got it. So. After 7 days it will show received so is that mean. Pass or fail status means is that means after it show received they go next step or. Received means. They just received notification or they received result of exam ?

Once it shows received it means that you pass medical and they will proceed with the other steps.

I just found out that my case is in criminality check for 2 months now, medical passed beginning of October, and eligibility passed in August. Security not started.
Applied in May, best interest of a child (very special needs and have 4 kids in total); aip - end of August.
does anyone know how long can this criminality and security check take?
first application, we are from Ukraine.
We submitted all documents and fees when submitted the application right away.

Hi, my lawyer submitted Reconsideration on 17th September 2023, through wave form, i didn’t receive any response than I call office, they told me that they didn’t receive any reconsideration yet, my lawyer said he submitted, Wave form doesn’t have any proof, if any body have idea please help me out,
