I've ordered the GCMS notes two times to get more attention to my application.
Got the eCoPR after 45 days - one day after they sent the GCMS notes. So it appears that it has helped.

It is still saying "In Review by IRCC", but as I received the "Ghost Update 1", I assume it was accepted, although I am still waiting for the "Ghost Update 2".

In the GCKey Portal, you need to link the PR Card to the GCKey.

I also received the CoPR on 23rd August 2023 from Etobicoke.
Today, I received the final decision update too.

Finally received the PR card for me and my dependent.

COPR - 23rd August 2023
GU1 - 27th October 2023
GU2 - 10th November 2023
PR Card - 15th November 2023 (from Sydney)

Updated same day and time for me and my dependent.

I hope that you are well. I managed to speak to an Immigration agent earlier today about your PR card.



The agent told me that there had been a problem with the photos while printing because they are not in the right format.



Therefore, the agent sent me an email explaining the required format for the photos. It is the normal Canadian passport format. You can go to any PharmaPrix or Jean-Coutu and ask to do passport format photos and they will be able to do it for you. When the photos are taken, you will have to send them to the postal address in the email below that I have forwarded to you.

Got this from MP and I had GU 1 on 1st November and I called them today and they said we don’t need anything from you but the MP email saying that I need a photo and IRCC send an email to her for photo request but why I didn’t receive any email or update at my account?
