And then I’ve send them a message and then they replied with this message what does it mean??

What is your status and why did you send them email after getting the pre arrival? Did you have any pending matters in UAE and have you submitted your PCC or have they requested one?

I’ve sent an email before getting pre arrival letter on 26 oct they replied on 9 nov,,they requested PCC and I’ve submitted them, I have dependent children in uae and they are included in the file

To my understanding it should be fine then, as long as you have submitted the PCC, there shouldn't be anything concerning about this matter, probably cuz your family is in UAE, for that matter they like to confirm or verify some stuff

I believe that no matter which one is written. I think that your PR application has been approved on Oct 13 and just portal has remained for you. Mine was written just 'final decision' but it moved forward and now it is stuck in confirmation step!!!
