According to the latest update on the tracker, the test was completed on November 1. When the LPP will be completed? How fast is Edmonton Office?

Hi, there was no ghost update between LPP, and the test completion update. November 4 is the date that the tracker reflects the passing of the LPP. I think the tracker always has a 2-day delay.

So I called IRCC, they said security screening has been completed but criminality is still in progress.
Does that take a long time?? I have completed my test but background verification is still in progress

may i ask what did you put in passport form , this section:

"Parent's surname at the birth"

is this mother maiden name ? or dad family name ?

You can choose to put either parent’s family name. It’s also only for their identification purposes and doesn’t show up anywhere on the passport.

Did you get your certificate yet?

Yes I was able to download it this afternoon. I ended up sending my oath form again from a different email address this morning (saw this tip on another thread) and by afternoon, it was available for download!

E-certificate downloaded - Nov 10, 2023
