How was the pickup process at BLS for passport. Did you just walk in. What was the waiting time?

Status on visa website is "under processing" since yesterday.

Anyone from Edmonton who walked in between Oct 31 and today ?when I phoned BLS they’re saying 30 days for entry visas. I just want to know if anyone heard different when they walked in this week from Oct 31- now ?

After Status = "Ready for Dispatch" on BLS how much time it will take to receive the passport?

In Toronto generally the next day as they ship on the day that status appears. May be similar in Vancouver.

I also applied at Toronto on November 1 at and it's showing under processing but my kids get approved today.please keep me posted. I applied two applications (surrender and entry visa) at a same time. May be that is the reason.

Try and check Purolator and include the Application# as a reference

Sure. Mine and my babys application show underprocessing. Hopefully tomorrow

Over the years I have learned how to handle them. Once you know how to push back they switch the tone to "the consulate will reject this", followed by "no refund". Well, well. Actually I feel sorry for BLS staff as I believe they are forced to do this by their managers. But even with appointment it has gotten so busy that you end up spending hours.

Yes he couldn’t get any fault in my package …I had more than necessary extra documentation for his discomfort,.. so he kept whining … I see some errors, but will let it go.. with no mention of what errors … lol… but this whole charade is causing more delays and increasing wait time… sigh!
Agreed, I am sure the top management is setting targets
