Also I have noticed there is a corelation with the AOR date i.e. the people who submit the next day after ITA or within 5-6 days their processing is faster.

Has anyone else noticed the same?

Yes this is true as the cases are approved in batches because applications are shown as excel rows in the chinook system used by ircc.

@iSaidGoodDay , what does it mean if you see Final Decision on GCkey today Oct 31st but tracker hasn't been updated since, Oct 17th, Eligibility Not Started, and Background check in progress since then, did I fail any of the stages ?, haven't gotten an ADR or anything ?

That's why I was curious. Chinook is not needed to process PR applications from what I know.
