You're probably looking at the wrong page. Try this page:

My AOR email comes from the Sydney processing center. Is this processing centre location still relevant in the 2023 citizenship application?
I remember browsing this forum during my PR, and the processing center seems to play a factor in the processing time for a lot of applicants.

2-3 day delay.

All applications are sent and reviewed by Sydney initially. Processing centre does play a factor. But, your centre will likely be Scarboroguh or Niagara (others from Ottawa can confirm). Scarborough has been kinda slow lately. Niagara has been ok.
