Writing it down for future reference for SC Purolator tracking-
1) Go to link - https://www.purolator.com/en/shipping/tracker
2) In the box where it says "Enter a PIN or Reference", put "Application Reference Number(ARN)" For.e.g. "23-2003994599"
Include the dash of ARN and it will show up with a Shipment number and delivery details.

My application is 'Postal Application' and I paid for both pickup and delivery using Purolator courier services mentioned on BLS website. But my application status now says 'Ready for Collection'. It should be 'Ready for dispatch' right. What should I do now? I tried calling BLS but they are not picking the call. Is there anyway to check whats going on.

Collection is for pickup, dispatch is for courier. Using ARN number check on Purolator site if any shipment is generated for you. Are you far off from BLS center? Going and picking up is also an option for you 3-4 pm

Yes, I am far from BLS center. I dont have ARN, just the transaction number.

When you submitted your application on passport seva site it would have generated ARN no. The same would be printed on your application which you sent to BLS.

Ah ok. I just checked and it shows 'In transit' and expected delivery date - 17 Oct 2023.
I got confused because the BLS status says - Ready for Collection'.
