Since you have called IRCC, it would better to order GCMS notes from CBSA rather than IRCC to check your security screening process.

If you are sure at the security screening, the only thing is to wait. Calling IRCC would not be so helpful. Security is not handled by ircc and nobody knows the exact procedure..

I received my PR card on Friday from Montreal.

PR card - Sept. 15 (PR portal - photo still says in review)

I am still waiting ..lol..., you received eCOPR late, but PR Card quickly, mine is opposite.

Did you call IRCC on status of PR cards? some people are getting it quick

I called, the lady told me she can make a note for the officer that I have passed my processing time for card, but she was not sure about when could be possible update, I got a ghost on GC key about Sept 13 final decision, with " we will inform you once final decision is made" lol..

Yes, I just got PAL today.

Here is my timeline (OINP):
AR: Mar 21st 2023
AOR: Apr 17th
MP: May 6th (upfront)
PAL: Sep 18th

I called IRCC today and the agent said everything is completed except security.

How did you get to talk to IRCC, what options did you choose? I still have no updates yet.

I call them on their toll free number then I choose option 1 then 2
Try calling them early in the morning 8 O'clock for instance

Don't worry too much about PAL, especially if you're inland applicant. Some applicants get them, while some don't. My friend from PEI never got his, but I did. Both of us are PR now.

Once your mailing address is accepted by IRCC, you will get a VO signed copy of eCoPR. You should be able to download from portal where you declared the address and uploaded the photo. You also get an email once its available for download from the portal.
