Citizenship Certificate After Oath

Wont help, the call center agents will not be able to access it like I said.

When I called them on Friday, the agent was able to access my file and also reached out to the Edmonton office to confirm receipt of my oath form. I'll try again - hopefully I will find someone like that agent again

Their system is really down right now - there seems to be an outage. The agents are refusing to take our UCI numbers too!

Yep it has been down for 4 hours now. Any hopes of getting my e-certificate processed this afternoon have disappeared.

No updates even today. Sent out emails, submitted ecas status form etc. No response to that as well..

Same situation, but it's a little early here in Vancouver and Edmonton. Their offices open at 8, so I'll wait for a few more hours and if it is still not available, I will email them based on the instructions on this page: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...p/proof-citizenship/valid.html#e-certificates.

Also, there is a 2-hour planned maintenance today which might affect delivery.

Also, is your tracker updated, or is it still showing "citizenship ceremony in progress'?

I dont have time right now. I have a planned trip on Sept 09 that I have been informing IRCC about since June. They cant hold us hostage like this, because they also made me cut my PR card, so i cant use any of my existing travel documents. This is ridiculous.

I'm completely with you on this and I'm also in the same boat. So many of my travel plans are up in the air now! (I also have a few flight tickets booked)

What if I showed up at the Mississauga VO and asked them to work on in immediately?

They won't let you in. From what I know, all IRCC office visits are strictly by appointment only.

I had my virtual oath ceremony yesterday at 1:30pm at Scarborough, ON office. They mentioned that the system was down. As of now, still haven’t received portal email yet.
