Have a question, if we get a PR, either through H&C or Refugee process, do we get Child benefit from back date or does it start from the day our PR gets approved.

If it is through refugee, you will Start getting it from the day of your positive decision and if it is through H&C you will start getting it from the day you receive your eCOPR.

Thank you. No, i just applied for myself as i am single. Previous application refused due to bad submission by bad lawyer

Hi @tony4454 I did not apply for work permit after aip so am not familiar with how the application is done. Sorry I couldn't help. Hopefully there's someone else in this forum that has gone through that process and can help you.

Our Ecorp came 8 days after submitting photos.
Photo submitted on July 5th 2023
Ecopr came on July 13th 2023
Pr cards came in the mail 12 days later...July 25th 2023

Please note the photos will show in review even after receiving pr cards ours still do (to date)...so don't be alarmed.
