My case is very complicated as i did not realize it was the same Portal where you apply for the Non-Express entry. The email i provided for my PR portal 2 creation is the same one i used to applied my sister federal PR but i got my portal 2 created under it anyway by gods grace.

I applied for PR application through the portal and it means I have the Portal account. In my reply to Portal 1st, I used the same email. Should I use another email?

Do not worry about it as you will get a case added in you PR portal. Just wait i would suggest it takes around a month or so if you already have PR portal.
In my case as i freaked out and created a new email address and replied from there but it did not make a difference.

I make few statistic with people who reply here: Actually for Montreal: From 05-07-2023 to 17-07-2023 89% Of people already get their P2 for people of 17-07-2023 only 60% and for people from 18-07-2023 to 03-08-2023 (i stopped here) is 54% (so that follow a normal 1/x curve positiv part
) Conclusion Montreal is just... slow but they process kinda all

Your conclution is based on the fact that all the applicants are registered on this portal which is wrong
