CEC - Inland Applicant with outland dependent - No PPR for dependent yet

Hi Everyone,
I am an inland applicant (primary) and my spouse is the dependent (outland - India).
I received my ecopr last week (Wednesday - 5th July 2023) and till date, I have not received the RFV letter for my spouse.
It's getting very frustrating and I have raised the webform, dropped two emails to IRCC, and called IRCC today, as usual the agent said to wait.
What else should I do? Any suggestions?

I am on the same situation. I received ecopr today (14th July) and no RFV for my depedent outland. I read some forums that this may take anywhere between 1 day to 1 month !!. If it takes more than few weeks then reaching to MP office is helpful as I understand from the other forum.

18th April - Bio/Medical
19th April - Criminality and info sharing passed
14th June - Eligibility in progress
16th June - Medical passed again
19th June - Eligibility passed (got to know by calling IRCC)
20th June - Background passed
21st June - Copr details on tracker
5th July - ecopr
PVO - Edmonton
Waiting for outland’s passport request
