I got my EcoPR on May 23, 2023 and my card has still not been mailed and photo still under review. I called IRCC a few times and they put notes on my file but nothing yet, they said we don’t know what the delay is but you have to wait. It’s been 51 days now compared to the 28 days posted on IRCC’s website and I’m starting to get frustrated.

This just shattered my hopes. In case I dont get my PR before I travelled in 2 weeks, I'll try to use my work permit at the Canadian POE and explain why I couldn't get PRTD as im going to multiple countries.(no adequate time to apply for the PRTD in one specific country). anyone with such an experience on here?

I just called and the agent said that someone is working on my file and that’s the only update he can see now

Atleast you were told that someone is working on your file , everytime I call them I get the same update and nothing new for over 1 year … lol , so I stopped calling them as I think they have very limited access to the applications. My GC says ‘ we are reviewing your eligibility’ however IRCC agent told me that my eligibility did not start yet and when I told him that my GC key says otherwise he confirmed that it might be a system glitch … lol ! I am so confused and lost now .. it’s been over 2 yrs for me and the wait is endless !

Been waiting for this for almost two weeks now. Submitted photos 30th June.

From what i could infer is that they are going to process all those backlogged ECOPRs and Final Decision emails In Bulk so we just have to wait maybe a week-2 and hopefully they send at once.

As per my MP Final Decision is Approval but it only shows Final Decision... In progress
So she said to Wait til i receive that Approval Email..

Yeah mine says the same (verified address, photo pending, and eCoPR ready for download.) but according to IRCC agent on the phone, the portal might not update (to "photo accepted") until a day after it was mailed or even after I receive the PR.
Im travelling overseas in 2 weeks and im just beginning to get stressed now because tomorrow marks my 28th day (matching the IRCC processing time)

Will do! I hope you get the card before you travel but looks like that might not be the case. They should be more honest on the processing time…
