March 15: ITA
April 6: AOR
May 9: Medical completed
June 6: Elegibility completed for me / not started for my dependent
June 21: Background completed

Do you know if it's normal/common to have the background check conpleted before the elegibility check? I haven't seen so far any other timelines like that and it has me wondering.
