PR confirmation portal timelines

I got portal 2 email today, I am about to move on 1st July so can I use the new address on the portal?
Anyone with same situation here and have faced any issue please let me know!

When did you get your portal 1? do you have dependents?

I am the principal applicant, both my dependant and I received portal 1 (and I replied for the both of us) and only I received portal 2 to submit my documents. My dependant is outland? Will they be getting portal 2 or is when they land.

My partner received his eCOPR today!! Timeline reminder:

CEC Inland
VO Calgary
Portal 1 June 1st
Portal 2 June 23rd
eCopr today June 26th!!

Now I just need my outland COPR to come through, cross the border and get my stamp and we are done!

I called the IRCC in the morning regarding the credentials. Received the portal credentials email today.
Better to call IRCC if you are facing any delays.

#1 Hello I have recieved the email IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal. my husband and child recieve the same email. However, as a principal applicant, I replied on behalf of my spouse and child on my email. Should I have to reply separate in their email too. #2 I have already created the PR portal account with my email address before replying the email. Is this a problem?

May 26 2023: PR approved

May 28th: PR portal credentials received

May 29th: PR confirmation case opened, photo submitted and address confirmed

And as of June 29th I've gotten no updates. I managed to get in touch with an agent at the call center this morning, but was just told to be patient. I intend to keep calling every day it's delayed.

Is anyone else facing similar delays, or has anyone experienced this before? Thank you.
