Nope, Eligibility is normally completed before BGC/Security has even started for CEC/FSW applicants. PNP BGC/Security normally begins early and Eligibility starts after.

I was a PNP, and after receiving my CBSA Notes, My eligibility was started after Info sharing/bgc/security had all passed. Though, it only took them 1 day to review and pass my eligibility.

I am an EE PNP inland applicant

AOR: April 30
UCI/BIO/Med: May 31
Eligibility: completed on the tracker on June 14
The background check has been "not applicable" from the data of AOR until June 12, it is converted to be in progress for the first time.

Any thoughts about my current status?

this is because my eligibility check is complete, whereas for my dependent is still not started!!

That's good! You will hear something next week for sure! and on GCkey, you probably see that you are in final decision phase.

Last update was 12th may when i called them. Actual update was 8th may when my eligibility got completed

For me it's showing 6th June. I submitted the ADR only on 12th June. Seems like they are processing the files at back end.

I still haven't received my RFV/PPR email since everything was marked completed on tracker 10 days ago.

Some folks on various threads have mentioned that all stages being complete on Tracker doesn't necessarily mean security check and information sharing is done, but I called IRCC and the agent confirmed my security and eligibility is passed and everything looks good on their end.

This is getting a bit frustrating now. Anyone in a similar situation or with any insight as to how long this could potentially drag on now?

GCkey has not been updated since biometrics was passed on 31st May. Eligibility and background still says processing which I know is normally the case until the end.
I guess only once gckey has been updated with the final decision can I expect an email.

In gckey eligibility and background check will always be in progress till the end. I hopw final decision date is showing. Final decision will turn to approved, once your passport gets stamped.
