They sent this email today ( 8 months after the application and getting AOR and passing BG). I already applied again on June 11th. Hello Mr. .....,
This email is in response to an inquiry received regarding your family’s application. Your family’s file has been in CPC Sydney since you have submitted it.
Your family file was delayed as a review of physical presence was required.
Upon review of the file, it was determined that your wife’s application did not meet the required physical presence of 1095 days. When a member of a family file does not meet physical presence, the whole file is returned with an explanation letter.
Therefore, your family’s applications have been returned to your home address. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery via Canada Post.
The explanation letter will advise you of the circumstance.

Hi all, I am planning to apply Citizenship online this month. There is a confusing question under the "Residence and Tax" section. I am citizen of my birth country and PR of Canada.
The question is: Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada (this includes your country of birth)?
Never been PR of any country except Canada. Never been citizen of any country except birth country. I have had tourist/visitor visas in a few countries in the past. Nothing beyond tourist/visitor. Most of them were when i was a child, and those passports & dates are practically impossible to retrieve now after so long. How did you all fill out this section ? Is that information required ? What can i do without access to them ?
I am planning to submit my citizenship application later this month. To prepare for that, I have requested a FBI Police clearance certificate by mail as I was in the US prior to coming to Canada. I sent my mail with fingerprints, filled form and fee payment details about two weeks back (delivered last Monday, June 5th). I understand that the processing time that FBI advises is of 2 months for mail application, however I have read and seen for one of my friends it took no more than 3 weeks.
Is there a way we can track it? Has anyone else submitted a mail FBI IdHSC request and if yes, how long did it take for them to send the certificate?
Hi guys, I'm planning to submit my citizenship application later this month and I'm wondering for the "Residences and Taxes" and "Work and School" sections, if I have an event that started before my eligibility date, should I put the actual start date or my eligibility date as the start date of the event? (For example, if I started school in Canada in September 3, 2017, and my eligibility period starts on October 4, 2018, should I put September 3, 2017 or October 4, 2018 as the "start/from" date of my school education on the application?) Thanks!
