Should I decline my ITA at 11 month mark?

I started working full time on July 4th 2022, so it’s been 11 months so far. I have read that IRCC adds points to a profile at 11 month mark, which turned out to be true in my case when I successfully created a profile earlier this month. I tried creating one in May and it turned out to be ineligible cuz it was only 10 months back then omegle xender .

I received an ITA today and was going to accept and apply. However, I just talked to a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who recommended me to decline and wait until July 4th. And my score at 491 is also relatively safe right now.

What should I do now? I think I read several posts on here before that it’s fine to accept it. But I am not sure now cuz this professional person has advised me to wait.

RCICs give a lot of bad advice. Stay away from them.

You do not need to decline ITA. Simply submit your complete application after July 4th.

If you have futher questions, post them in the CEC or EE section of the forum.

Will mirror Scylla here. Don't decline! Wait until 4th of July and submit your application after it.

My friend has same experience and he submitted application after he achieved one year mark and was granted PR in 3 months for CEC category. So don’t decline it .
