Hello, In EE profile, the selection for bachelor degree is the same for 3 years or more education program/diploma, which happens to be my case in a nursing diploma, however OINP have sent me an NOI, but according to their website, they only need Bachelor equivalent, so I won't qualify.
Can someone advise if the 3 years diploma is equivalent to a Bachelor degree since they have the same selection in EE?

No, a 3 year diploma is not the equivalnt of a Bachelor degree. Did you complete your studies outside of Canada? If so, have you had your education assessed (ECA) to determine what your diploma is equivalent to in Canada?

Then yes, you're out of luck. You must have a bachelor degree at a minimum or education outside of Canada that's been assessed as a bachelor degree. A 3 year diploma is a lower level of education than a bachelor degree.
