Hey. My eligibility got completed on 8th may on tracker and my background has been in progress on tracker since 26th april, the day of my medical update. No update post 8th may and only thing remaining is background check.

Your eligibility completion indicates that IRCC is convinced that you qualify for the minimum CRS cutoff for your draw. BGS is only a concern if you've done something really bad. I doubt you did It's all chill and it has been only two months. Nothing here that should really make you nervous.

Well in my case I had to pay an extra bio fee. But since I answered NO to all statutory questions, and only lived in one country, maybe they had no need for it?
I was able to reach the helpdesk today after trying last 2 weeks, they my application is still with the Central Intake office not give to any local offices. Can that be case where applicants won't have SVO?

No no that. I paid $85 for my spouse only and answered YES to "Have you done biometrics in last ten years?" because I have a visa from 2017. They asked me to pay another $85 for myself since they don't have bios on file for me.
Some digging around, it seems it might be that it wasn't done the way they needed or it was done incorrectly back then in my country.
It's all chill and it has been only two months. Nothing here that should really make you nervous.
