I have couple questions. I have my wife as a dependent and we both received the portal email. Does it mean that she also has to reply or just me replying and including her information is fine(that's what I did)?
The second question is that we received two portal emails, one at 7am and the second at 12h30pm. I just replied to the last one. Should I've replied to both?
How long does it usually take to receive the email with portal access to upload the photo?
Thank you.
Here's my timeline:
Essencial worker no health care stream
Applied 16 July 1h30 am
Medical passed 10 Nov 22
Gu 26 may 23

Pr portal 29 may 23

If you can not find all the Paystubs make sure to attach T4 from that particular job and the Record of employment as well. bot will be available on your MyCRA and MyService canada account.

Oh gosh I’m in the same boat as you! I called them end December 2022 and got told they were delayed in sending them out, only to learn they’re not sending them out at all in some cases.
Hi guys,
just got my PR portal an hour ago. Already submitted my address and photo, it’s in review. I wanted to ask, where do I get my eCOPR? Does it come in my email or do I need to check portal?
here is my timeline by the way
applied under essential workers non-healthcare on June 12 2021
AOR: FEB 28 2022
biometrics: march 01 2022
Paystubs request on march 17 2022
medical changed to not needed and then approved again in January this year.
nothing after that until May 26,2023 when I got a letter in my Gckey account saying that I didn’t respond to their emails. They were requesting my information to create a PR portal. IRCC had initially sent my PR email to someone else I think. I know this because the email address on the letter in my Gckey was someone else’s.
Anyway, I sent the information via email on same day(May 26) and got the PR portal today.
Congratulations !! You can download your ECOPR after they acknowledge your 'in Canada' declaration in the PR portal. Mine was available the next day. Photo approval is needed for mailing the PR card. Good Luck and welcome to Canada
You dont need photo approval to download your ECOPR. If you scroll down the page where it says declaration: 'check'. Mailing address : 'check", photo : 'in review", you can see an option to download the ECOPR.

I got portal request yesterday. I am moving on July 01 to another city about 1100 km away from my current location. I don’t trust my landlord where i am currently living. While submitting photo and address can I give them new address to deliver my PR card. Will there gonna be any issue?

I applied under essential workers non-healthcare stream on July 16 2021. No communication until May 17th 2023
March 29, 2023 : Medicals updated to passed (silent update)
May 17, 2023 : 3 letters of Additional document requested- Biometrics fee + RPRF payment request + updated schedule A + police clearance certificate that i was unable to provide upfront (provided same day)
May 28 2023 : Biometric collection letter received
May 29 2023 : Biometrics provided and updated on profile as complete
IRCC agent said :
Medicals passed
Criminality passed
Background check in process
Eligibility has not started
I am confused as there has been no movement since July 2021 when i applied and now given the little movement IRCC says eligibility not started? what are the timelines for this?
Requested GCMS notes March and May but not received yet!
is this any good or means nothing since its computer generated letters/request?
Hi everyone, I applied on July 15, 2021 and on May 18, I have adr. All submitted in gckey and through webform. And even have the email confirmation that ircc received my adr and were added to my file. On May 29, I received another adr, but same adr I already submitted (*proof of status of common law- I submitted the Passport on May 18(I didn't include the Citizenship Card as I already submitted it upon Pr submission on July 15, so this time since they asked again for the second time, I submitted the Passport and Canadian Citizen Card in one pdf. File)
So the case is that, my common law has some issue on his child support on his child. And he received a letter of notice from the Family Responsibility Office that the Federal government will suspend all his driver's license, certificates including his passport if he doesn't settle the issue on May 16. Passed the date.
So I wonder why, maybe this is maybe the reason, why the Ircc request another same adr as they cannot verify my common law passport? But my consultant said by sending again the Canadian Citizenship Card will hopefully rectify the issue. And my common law will call the FRO to settle the problem.
Is there anything I can do with this matter? Do I need to send a webform with a LOE explaining the issue of my common law passport? Any advice would be great appreciated.
