I am just going to stop worrying and wait.
I have no rush at all, was just wondering because wife got hers in 3 days is all.

I am worrying because I have travel planned in June and also they have confirmed that it has been mailed out so I have a concern that it is not sitting in the post office.

Do you remember the initials of the officer handling your case?
I had my oath on the 18th this month and my tracker status was updated to closed on the 23rd, but I called IRCC and they said they haven't mailed out my certificate yet because they were finalizing a few things with my application (whatever that means lol). I am also Mississauga office and have travel plans in 9 days

Did you provide a reason for urgent application processing?

Non routine is balls ! Like everything is complete - oath is stuck how could it be non routine ? Red tape at best

Is it normal to get a ghost update after oath? I completed my oath yesterday and got a GU with no changes to the tracker!

it means that they either closed your app or updated it. you should see the actual update in a day or 2.

I had my oath online yesterday and my hubbie is having his now in Mississauga in person. He can bring 2 guests, but the guests aren’t allowed to enter the ceremony room, only at the end for the photos

Why is everything with IrCc so stressful and annoying.
It’s crazy to see people with later application dates get their citizenship while some are being held for over a year.
My citizenship application is stuck in a limbo after clearing test in February.
My PR card renewal application hasn’t even begun processing and I applied in Feb 2023. 4 months already.
So I’m basically a prisoner in this country. Paying taxes for absolute no reason.
