So I talked to them just now. She said my office is unfortunately SCR and my LPP is not even started yet.

But it shows In Progress on Tracker, right?

I just called the agent. She said they sent email to me on May 4 (my tracker updated on May 6 though). And it would be in-person in Mississauga office on May 24. She told me all details and requested the office to resend me another email. She said I should receive it in 2 days. If not, call them back

@Sandy.gal I also went ahead and called 1-888-242-2100. I was connected to an agent after a 28 mins hold (which is not too bad). To my surprise my office is no more Scarborough. The agent told me my office is CPC-Sydney. I am not sure if this is good or bad. And I was also told my LPP are not showing "In progress" although it does show "In Progress" to me on the tracker.

Lol. I do know that the agent don't have in depth access to the file. So may be it has started they just don't see that on their end. I have ordered the notes, hopefully that gives me much clear picture.
