The supervisa application is for my mother only. She have visitor visa and had biometrics done already which is valid.

I think wait for two days or so and then raise a web-form. There has been some glitch with family applications, but single applicants are usually getting BIL within 24-48 hours.

I have attached my bank statements stamped and signed by bank and CA certificate which shows my bank balance. However I haven't attached a bank balance certificate along with it. Would it be an issue? Was I supposed to attach it as well? Please help.
