Same . Not received CBSA GCMS notes after 2 months and counting. This is the response I got after following up

"We have received your follow up query regarding your ATIP request.

The CBSA is currently experiencing a surge in the volume of requests, and unfortunately we are not in a position to meet the legislated timelines for all requests.

Please be assured that the CBSA is processing all requests as quickly as possible, but an estimated completion date is not available at this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your understanding."

for me it's the opposite - received from CBSA but not from IRCC. So I tried second time, ordered paid version from IRCC, but in between I got my portal email. Still waiting for those notes.

Guys, I got a GU few mins back!!! The latest update is 'You passed the medical exam.' with today's date. This is the 3rd time I am passing the medical exam. Looks like the application was picked up again for processing all of a sudden :D . These IRCC folks are killing me with this roller coaster ride, lol!
