yesterday I had GU - background change

Today got updated in tracker as everything completed

Could someone explain me please - what the difference between primary and secondary office. What it means? I just got info that my PVO is Sydney. But should I think about secondary office ?

Looks like you have gone ahead of me ;). You should get the email soon. I don't yet see COPR details on the tracker, even though all steps were completed almost 3 weeks back :oops: .

I was wondering how long it takes for delivery after the approval message. Been waiting for a week.
