they just will not provide visa number to applicant who will not get a visa. that just doesn't make sense.

as to why they have multiple accounts to track application and information is different in one account compare to another. well i think we can all agree that ircc application system is a mass. But yes this chaos allow us to know visa number before being told the visa is approved. a bit ridiculous, but benefit us, so be it.

better celebrate after PPR letter

for now, we just know you get the visa, but don't know when.
