PR Card timeline - 2023

My ECOPR was approved on Feb 06, 2023 but still did not receive my PR card. On the PR portal page, do I have to apply for a PR card? I do not understand the need to link with GCKEY. Thank you in advance

For your first PR Card you do not need to apply. This is done automatically by IRCC. I only wanted to link my application so that I could see the most recent updates, and be notified quicker if there are changes. Gckey will also show you once the PR Card has been mailed. I don't think you have to link it if you don't want to.

Did anybody use a solemn declaration form to speed up the pr card processing?
what are the minum requirements to submit the form to ircc? my copr generation date is Feb7 and not received a pr card around 50days. the cic site states that we may better call the designated number after 8weeks from the ecopr date. what is the appropriate way to fasten the processing time? or just wait for an update?

If you link your application, you will be notified when your cards are mailed.

Nothing, I sent email , webform and no answer at all . It was supposed to be 30 days now it is 38 days I think. Still waiting

And also I heard about ircc disruption that cause delays on processing. I hope I get my card next week

What do you mean? If you are outland, you will not receive the PR card application until landing.

I meant that what is the timeline for getting a PR card after landing for FW who got their COPR while they are outside Canada.
