Hey! How did you reach out to an IRCC agent? It’s seems impossible for me to call them. I’m told “Sorry, we can’t transfer your call”.

If you are inland try to call around 9:30 to 10am or 3pm onwards. Arou d 3 to 4 trials then it will push through sometimes just one call amd it connects

Sorry it’s CBSA note. I also received CSIS note which contains two letters to my spouse and me saying that the were processing our security screening.

Any updates? My file is also under security check since Jan 30, no update since then.....

MEP on Dec 13, 2022 And no updates ever since.

On the tracker, only medical exam indicates completed, Biometricshows in progress, eligibility and background check show not started yet.
Is this normal?
I have now exceeded the standard processing time and can’t get to talk to an IRCC agent for more info.
Anybody else in this situation? Thanks

Congratulations for receiving your PPR!
I would like to know did the eligibility and background parameters changed for you on the IRCC tracker?
In my case it hasn't changed yet. The tracker says its updated till 20/03/2023 with Eligibility: In progress and Background: Not started. However, this has been the status since I got access to the tracker and there's no activity on the tracker except for medicals and biometrics update in the month of November 22'.
I'm FSW-OINP Outlander, AOR-26/10/2022.

My tracker updated on April 19, whereby my background check changed to "in progress" from "not started". Post that till now no update.
Waiting for both eligibility and background check to change to completed.
Hope it gets updated in this month.

Ordered notes from CBSA/IRCC/CSIS. They all confirmed that I am still under security screening. Hope you get through soon! I think my case is probably affected by the Canada-China relationship tension.

The security screening delay is not limited to China but throughout Asia. I'm too stuck at security, I was lucky enough to reach an agent on phone yesterday and she told me everything is passed except eligibility (review required) & security (not started). Looking at your AOR which is just a week ahead of mine. I'm optimistic of you being through soon.
