Question, how do i request urgent certificate? Is it when i get the oath invitation email and reply it?
Or on oath day when making check in?
How can i do that

You can discuss with the Oath officer after check-in. They may or may not approve it. They might even ask you to postpone the ceremony if they cannot cater to urgent certificate request.

Isn't it odd that the application completion for September month is only 13% compared to 32% for August and greater than 32% for all the older months?
In my opinion based on past trends it should have been > 25%

Is there any possibility for another delay later before the ceremony? Like asking for a documents or an interview or ….etc ?

I got an email to provide a copy of all passport pages even if it's empty. Anyone has any idea what could be happening?

Hello everyone. I applied in August but my husband applied in September - both Ottawa - so I thought I will come here and ask. His file is SO MUCH slower than mine. I have everything completed except oath, and on the other hand, he has nothing completed. He got the invitation and took the test in February, but even this is not marked as completed. Is this odd? Its been 7 months now with VERY little movement so I'm wondering if this is normal or shall we investigate? TIA!

Drop an email to the test invite email and ask for update about the test results. That would be the easy one to start with. You can call IRCC and see if his application is stuck in Background verification. GCMS notes is also one way to know what's happening.
