I dont understand what you mean by - "It is in the portal or it is same for everyone.". The photo has to be uploaded in portal after you get the temporary login for portal
June 25th here. Got my ADR for PCC in December 2022 and the document went for review in January 2023.
No update yet.
E0026.
At this point, I'm 100% sure it's an officer issue.
My friend also applied on June 20th, and there hasn't been any update for him.

For the most part, files are originally received in Sydney NS, then almost all transferred to Whitehorse for processing, then transferred to regional landing offices like Calgary, Vancouver, etc.
I hope you will receive PR soon, however, just in case it takes longer, you should apply for an 'OWP under TR to PR Pathway' BEFORE your work permit expires, if you haven't already, so you can continue to work under 'maintained' status.
The guidelines for 'OWP under TR to PR' are slightly different from a regular 'OWP' application, so read the details carefully. The 'OWP under TR to PR' guidelines will tell you to put certain answers into boxes that don't necessarily make sense but follow them anyway. Only follow the general OWP guidelines when the OWP under TR to PR guidelines do not tell you to do something else.

If you can delay your visit that would be great. Because if they are working on files you might have to provide something or reply to portal email. Just in case if it is something that can wait please consider so.
I am not aware of any plan to push any 2021 "TR to PR Pathway" applicants to 2024. If fact, they have 'finishing' all of the remaining applications in 2023 as one of their top 3 priorities according to last year's budget preparation documents. From Budget 2023-2025:
Federal Economic Public Policies (2021 TR to PR Pathway)
25,000 (in 2023)
0 (in 2024)
0 (in 2025)
It looks like they are trying to keep that commitment. Let's hope so!

Hello, everyone! I had two applications under French stream. I requested to withdraw one of them, however the IRCC withdrew both. I applied for a reconsideration and contacted my MP a month ago, but no response. I know this is a rare situation, but any information would help.
According to info released on Nov 4, 2022, IRCC had 47,426 TR to PR applications still left in inventory yet to be processed as of Oct 3, 2022.
According to IRCCs forecast/plan update out on Nov 1, 2022, they ‘target’ processing the last 25,000 TR to PR’s in 2023 with a possible low of 19,500 or high of 32,750. Using these low & high numbers, and assuming that the numbers of applications being processed didn’t change too dramatically between Oct 3 and Nov 1, this implies that IRCC plans to process between 14,676 and 27,926 applications in the remainder of this year, 2022.
