Today I received a paper that has 3 pages for additional documents such as military and family information form.(single applicant in Canada.) I hope this is a good sign after medical exam passed.

schedule A : background declaration , additional family information and police certificates. Yes I saw it too if I submit I do not need to submit any new documents but are we sure about that ? I haven't changed anything since I applied PR. Thanks for help

imm 5669 imm5406 and police certicate if you stay 6 month and more time other country you only send it this document.

I have not served in the military before, so I will not send it and there is no change in the other documents I sent.

I didn't receive my temporary application number but I called ircc , and they gave me my X application number. today I received a email from cic which says from missisagua. They sent me this email and I have G application number. I linked my application in to my account , and It says I passed medical exam already. So I was wondering what could it be the next steps ? thanks a lot
