Applied for a Renewal of my PR card on 24th OCTOBER 2022, on the online portal.
Received my PR card Yesterday, I don't see any change in status online yet. Still shows submitted.
But hey, I am just glad to have it renewed, it was long due.

No, my PRC was expiring in Jan of 2023, so basically I applied 3 months prior to the expiry of my PRC.

Quick update - Called IRCC today regarding my online PR renewal application submitted on Feb 5th. Apparently they are processing applications as of Jan 30th. So I am expecting my application to be looked at next week. Interestingly they mentioned they ll send an acknowledgment once the application is looked at so either the online portal will be updated or they ll send an email. Will update the thread one i get an update.

How did you manage to get hold of IRCC helpline? I have tried several times to call them but I'm always put on hold and then the call drops.

Anyone from Jan 24, 2023 still waiting? I was able to link to GCkey on March 13th and nothing has happened? How long does it take on average for a decision to be made after linking to GCkey? This was on online application

Hello, I submitted my PR renewal by Paper around March 10th. How will I know if they have received it, other than that my mail was registered and signed for. And how long does it take for paper based applications these days aprox? Thanks!
